Soldotna Regional Sports Complex – Arena 538 Arena Ave, Soldotna, AK 99669
Set Up: 1:00 – 5:30p.m.
Event officially begins at 6:00p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Clean Up 9:30 – 11:00p.m.
Event Coordinators will Provide:
Stage with sound system
Up to two 8’ tables and electrical outlets as requested
Tasting plates, bowls, glasses, utensils and napkins for attendees
White table linens if requested
Taste of The Kenai advertising and promotion, including your business.
Vendors Need to Provide:
At least 320 samples for attendees to taste
A brief description of your company and your logo for advertising
A description of food/drink that will be offered for advertising
Vendors will be responsible for cleaning up their space
Decor for your table(s)
Your completed registration application must be received by February 23, 2018.
